Before: Shutters and front doors dated the house. Yellow brick was bland, color was needed for curb appeal.

Before: This backyard had a cement porch covered with decaying wood, and lots of dirt/mud when it rained.
Before: This home lacked curb appeal and looked dark and a bit depressing.
Before: The chain link fence here only provided minimal privacy and this entrance lacked visual definition...

Before: There are many ways to add color and interest to a very plain yard like this one. We can design and implement a plan that truly increases the value of your house!
After:  Removed shutters, painted brick with dark blue grey masonry paint that allows brick to breathe. Added front cedar panels, custom Mid-Century Modern front doors and mailbox, planted flowers.
After: We removed old cement, added pebbles, sculpture, patio furniture, plants, an herb garden and an eating area for backyard entertaining.
After: We brightened and updated the home's facade, wrapped the carport, added paint, a custom made MCM door, put in new landscaping and trimmed unruly bushes.

After: Adding a 6 ft (or higher) fence makes a huge difference, not only for security and privacy, but by providing a great visual backdrop and more contrast. 


After: You can take advantage of those problem patches by turning them into a grille and outdoor entertainment patio, by implementing a little landscaping and patio furniture.
